A little taste of your day-to-day Working across multiple food and beverage operations – restaurant and bars, room service and banquets – including opening and closing. Creating a warm welcome to everyone and setting the tone for each guest’s experience Preparing and serving food and drinks to high standards, highlighting promotions to guests and maximising up-selling opportunities Provide professionally prepared beverages with consideration to timing, ingredients, method, and equipment. Work with and support your colleagues to offer seamless service to our guests Ascertain guest’s satisfaction and advise leader of any guest complaints or problems, no matter how small. Coordinate regular stocktakes of food, beverages, equipment and/or linen. Regularly review and report inventory figures to senior management and order accordingly Ensure that all food and beverage facilities and equipment including banquet spaces are cleaned, vacuumed, and properly stocked according to anticipated business volume.
