We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will assist bartenders in providing excellent customer service while maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar. This role is essential for ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience, whether they are enjoying a night out at our nightclub or attending a catered event.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred, particularly in roles such as barista, server, or kitchen staff.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices is essential.
• Experience working in nightclubs or banquet settings is a plus.
• Strong communication skills are necessary for interacting with customers and team members effectively.

• Support bartenders by preparing and restocking supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Assist with food preparation and ensure that all food handling practices meet safety standards.
• Buss tables and assist in clearing dishes to keep the dining area tidy.
• Operate POS systems (Aloha POS or Micros POS) for processing orders and payments accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with guests and staff.
• Help with catering events and banquets as needed, ensuring all service requirements are met.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly while adhering to cash handling procedures.
