• Create Culinary Magic: Plan, prep, and prepare a variety of fresh, tasty meals for our residents, keeping nutrition, dietary restrictions, and personal preferences in mind.
• Get Creative: Think outside the box to introduce new, exciting dishes and meal options that make every meal a memorable experience for our residents.
• Maintain Excellence: Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards while keeping everything organized and efficient.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with the dietitian, nursing team, and staff to ensure residents’ dietary needs are met with personalized care and attention.
• Mentor & Train: Help develop and mentor kitchen staff, encouraging their culinary growth and fostering a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
