Crumbl has quickly seen it’s success grow as it has spread like wildfire across the country. If you are friendly, reliable and customer service oriented we would love to talk to you! All shifts available 5am - midnight, Monday through Saturday. The job duties include but are not limited to:

• Running the register
• Mixing dough
• Balling dough
• Cleaning the store
• Folding boxes
• Decorating cookies
• Preparing catering orders
• Answering phones
• Helping with customer service
• No previous experience necessary

Pay is $10-12 per hour plus tips (tips typically are an additional $2-4 per hour), depending on previous experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 16 years or older to apply
• Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills
• Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
• Basic math and computer skills
• Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create amazing baked goods
• Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend and holiday availability
• Ability to work in a hot, hectic environment
• Stand, walk, bend, use hands, and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Excellent communication skills
• Time management skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Able to stand for hours at a time
• Must be able to work some Saturdays
