Peacock Alley seeks a Maître d’hotel Hospitality Coordinator who will be the first and last impression of an extraordinary dining experience. This role requires an individual with a warm and engaging presence, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for Forbes 5-Star hospitality. You will set the tone for our guests’ journey, ensuring a seamless and personalized arrival, dining, and departure experience. With expert knowledge of seating flow and a commitment to anticipatory service, you will create a refined yet welcoming atmosphere, remembering guest names and preferences to enhance every visit.

We are seeking a Maître d’hotel Hospitality Coordinator - Peacock Alley who is passionate about delivering world-class, anticipatory service in a refined dining environment. • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs before they are expressed
• A polished and professional demeanor, with a passion for hospitality and guest name recognition
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced, high-touch environment while maintaining a gracious presence
• Prior experience in a fine dining, luxury, Forbes 5-Star, or Michelin-starred restaurant is preferred
• Must possess a valid Food Handler Card and Alcohol Awareness certification prior to being offered the position.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
