Assistant Manager Retail (Part Time) – Monster Mini Golf

We are looking for an Asst. Manager who has outstanding customer service and communication skills, is organized, energetic and has a glowing personality.
The ideal candidate must love working with children and families in a fun, fast paced environment. This position requires availability on Weekdays, Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and Evening hours.
Qualifications: - 3+ years experience working in a fast paced customer service oriented environment. Prior experience is similar role preferred.
- Minimum one year managerial experience required
- Demonstrated ability to train, develop and manage staff.
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and employees.
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and experience operating a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work in a Unique, Darkened and Noisy environment. The music is always rocking !!!
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure that all customers have a great experience at Monster Mini Golf.
- Promote our party packages, give tours of the facility and book parties.
- Create attractive merchandise displays and manage retail merchandise.
- Manage staff of 15-20.
- Shift Scheduling.
- Sales and Marketing of our products and services to new customers and the Community
- Party Hosting and Management- Management of facility: ensure that facility is clean at all times, all equipment is in working order, and prepared for all guests and parties.
- Keep track of inventory.
- Open and close facility, count and log cash each day, issue and reclaim registers.
- Manage snack bar, prepare and serve snack food and beverages.
