Description du poste Dans un contexte de développement et d’amélioration continue de nos performances industrielles, nous recherchons un Technicien Méthodes Maintenance pour structurer et optimiser nos processus de maintenance. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la fiabilisation des équipements, l’optimisation des process de maintenance et l’accompagnement des équipes terrain dans la mise en place des bonnes pratiques. Vos principales responsabilités Optimisation de la maintenance Déployer et suivre la maintenance préventive afin d’améliorer la fiabilité des équipements. Mettre en place et optimiser les gammes et plans de maintenance. Analyser les pannes récurrentes et piloter des plans d’actions correctifs. Optimiser les temps d’intervention et améliorer la disponibilité des installations. Contribuer activement aux démarches d’amélioration continue. Méthodes et outils Administrer et faire évoluer la GMAO (plans, historiques, indicateurs). Standardiser les méthodes, procédures et process de maintenance. Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance (taux de réalisation du préventif, taux de pannes, MTBF, MTTR…). Participer à la mise en place et au suivi de la démarche 5S. Support technique et accompagnement Former les nouveaux collaborateurs à l’utilisation de la GMAO et aux méthodes de maintenance. Accompagner les équipes dans la mise en œuvre des démarches d’amélioration continue. Assurer le suivi des retours d’expérience (REX) avec les techniciens et l’encadrement. Apporter un support technique aux équipes maintenance. Gestion des pièces de rechange Optimiser la gestion du stock des pièces de rechange en collaboration avec le magasinier. Contribuer à l’amélioration de la disponibilité des pièces critiques. Qualifications Nous recherchons une personne ayant une formation de niveau Bac +3 / Bac +4 en maintenance industrielle, génie industriel ou équivalent.
