Contract & Compliance Management Assist with contract renewals, infosec reviews, and adherence to internal protocols, while identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies Reporting & Data Insights Support the preparation of client MI, CRM reports, and performance metrics by working closely with the Data team and CRM SMEs to ensure accuracy and relevance. Event & Campaign Support Coordinate logistics for client seminars, roundtables, and promotional events, including venue booking, catering, and marketing materials, and attend key client-facing activities as needed. Administrative & Sales Enablement Create and edit reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Office; manage mail merges and internal/external communications to support sales and client engagement efforts.
