ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care, Disability, or Community Services) or working toward it.
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• Working With Children Check (if applicable to clients served).

• Provide high-quality personal care and domestic assistance to clients in their homes and communities.
• Support individuals with daily activities, social inclusion, and community participation.
• Promote independence, choice, and wellbeing in alignment with clients’ individual care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report changes in client needs or behaviours.
• Work collaboratively with families, carers, and health professionals.
