St Johns Park Bowling Club is a leading employer in the hospitality industry in South-Western Sydney and currently has opportunities available for Casual Relief Club Supervisor/ club attendant Role.
We are looking for people who are passionate about customer service and have a gaming/club background. You are required to be flexible and reliable as you will need to be available to work between Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster. this includes late nights, weekends and public holidays.

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

• Positive attitude and passionate about customer service
• Must have a current RSA/RCG
• A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.
• Have the ability to listen and communicate clearly
• Be able to maintain physical and fast paced work
• Have effective time management
• High standard of personal grooming

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Relief Club Supervisor Role

• Supporting the Duty Manager with daily operations across the Club ie promotions, bar, gaming, TAB, Keno, catering etc.
• Assisting with training and coaching of staff with performance feedback.
• Conflict resolution with customers and employees.
• Delegating and overseeing tasks to employees in accordance with Club standards.
• Handling sensitive/confidential information.
• Providing high levels of customer service to our members and guests.
• Ad hoc duties as advised from time to time.

Club Attendant Role

• Ensuring effective replenishment of beverage products;
• Restocking and replenishing of all stock required
• Providing exceptional customer service to all members and guests
• Maintaining floor cleanliness including table clearing, glass and plate collection and;
• General cleaning duties as required.
• Any other relevant duties assigned by management
