Job Summary: The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling the work of employees and managers in the in the Division while ensuring exceptional service and attention to guests. A little bit about your day: Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: Provide leadership and oversight to Food & Beverage department heads and their teams. Background in luxury hotel operations strongly preferred. Wine or spirits certifications (e.g., WSET, CMS) considered an asset. Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training of team members. Proven success in managing large service teams within an upscale or fine dining environment.
