We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Director of HR – Hospitality to lead people strategy across a growing portfolio of hotels in the UAE and MENA region. This is a high-impact leadership role for an HR professional with 10–15 years of hospitality experience, passionate about shaping culture, elevating employee experience, and driving performance across multi-property hotel operations. You will play a key role in building strong leadership pipelines, enhancing engagement, and ensuring HR excellence across all properties while aligning people strategy with business growth.
