EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hospitality setting.
• Background in team management with proven leadership skills to motivate staff effectively.
• Experience in serving customers and providing exceptional hospitality is highly desirable.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: £12.50-£13.30 per hour
  Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

• Assist in overseeing daily operations within the Arcade, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
• Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment while promoting excellent customer service.
• Assist the Management team with collections.
• Support Management with stock checks.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for complete guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of front of house and back of house areas.
• Collaborate with management on inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining budgetary goals.
