Salary: £14.34-£14.56 per hour (depending on qualifications & experience)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Room Leader (Assistant Room Manager) to lead our Preschool room.

As a Room Leader / Room Manager, you will:

• Support in leading your room team in delivering outstanding EYFS-based care and education
• Take the lead on planning, observation, and assessment.
• Support, coach and inspire your team to achieve excellence
• Build strong relationships with children and their families, acting as a key point of contact
• Ensure a safe, stimulating, inclusive, and nurturing environment at all times
• Champion safeguarding, equality and health & safety practices within the room
• Work collaboratively with management and contribute to the nursery’s wider development
