Job Description:
Job Overview: As a member of the Human Resources Team, the HR Advisor will play a vital role in supporting employee data management and providing general support throughout the HR employee life cycle. The HR Advisor will also be responsible for taking live calls, talking to employees, and resolving their queries over the phone or email.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Employee Support: - Serve as the initial point of contact for employees seeking HR assistance via phone, email, and/or tickets. - Take live calls, talk to employees, and resolve their queries over the phone or received via email. - Enable employee-facing customer support functions by assisting employees with various Tier 1 HR requests and help ensure our HR platforms are maintained effectively.
2. Escalation Handling: - Escalate complex inquiries to the HR Leads as needed, ensuring a smooth transition and resolution for the employee. - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information and situations.
3. Service Level Agreements: - Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times, consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations. - Keep accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the HR database or ticketing system
4. Collaboration and Improvement: Collaborate with HR team members to identify trends or recurring issues and suggest process improvements or updates to enhance efficiency and service quality as appropriate.
