Essential Duties & Responsibilities HR Operations: Administer day-to-day HR activities, including employee relations, conflict mediation, performance management, corrective actions, and HR policy administration. Recruitment: Develop job postings, coordinate with hiring managers, and facilitate an efficient and compliant hiring process. Onboarding: Manage onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the organization’s culture, values, and patient-care mission. Employee Relations & Investigations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership by addressing workplace issues, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on policy interpretation and best practices in a fair, consistent manner. Credentialing & Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including credentials, licensure, certifications, and background checks, ensuring full compliance with healthcare and organizational standards.
