Définition de l’entité Au sein de la DRH Groupe, l’entité Management des IRP et Relations Sociales (MIRS) de la Direction des Ressources Humaines : accompagne les directions, BU de l’EPIC et les filiales du Groupe dans la mise en œuvre du dialogue social en cohérence avec les décisions de l’entreprise et du Groupe, dans le pilotage des instances représentatives du personnel et des élections professionnelles, dans la gestion des représentants du personnel ; coordonne les CSE d’établissement de l’EPIC ; assure la gestion des instances représentatives centrales de l’EPIC et du Groupe (CSE Central, Comité de Groupe France, Comité d’Entreprise Européen) ; assure la gestion de l’observatoire social ; réalise les reportings sociaux de l’EPIC.
