You will act as local P&C partner for two Range Areas, and will work with a wide range of P&C assignments, covering all P&C processes. You will work both inside the Range Areas and across IKEA Food as a total. You will work closely with managers and co-workers, supporting, challenging and coaching for growth, in all perspectives. In this role you report to the P&C Leader - Range Area Food. Qualifications We believe you bring years of experience within HR or a relevant field. You are used to providing an organization with HR know-how in a variety of areas such as labor law, work environment and compensation. You have experience from and feel comfortable in developing, facilitating and leading initiatives, workshops and change processes in different organizational contexts.
