Description du poste À titre de Partenaire, Acquisition de talents (contrat de 6 mois), vous serez responsable de mener des processus de recrutement pour divers postes au Canada (Québec, Colombie-Britannique, Ontario) et aux États-Unis, en partenariat avec plusieurs départements à l’interne. Vous aurez un impact direct sur notre capacité à croître dans nos marchés actuels et futurs en pilotant des mandats de recrutement de bout en bout, en collaborant étroitement avec les gestionnaires et en veillant à offrir une expérience exemplaire aux candidats et aux gestionnaires recruteurs. Vous rejoindrez une petite équipe dynamique d’acquisition de talents composée de trois personnes réparties entre le Canada et l’Inde. La taille de notre équipe exige agilité et ingéniosité, ce qui vous permettra de prendre en charge vos mandats de façon autonome tout en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les partenaires d’affaires RH et vos collègues internationaux. Responsabilités Mener le processus complet de recrutement en collaboration avec les gestionnaires recruteurs, de la définition des besoins jusqu’à la fermeture du poste, tout en offrant une expérience exceptionnelle aux candidats. Mettre en place différentes stratégies de recherche pour attirer des candidats à des postes difficiles à combler. Suivre notre processus de recrutement standardisé et contribuer à son amélioration continue, notamment en explorant des outils novateurs et des solutions propulsées par l’IA. Collaborer étroitement avec les partenaires d’affaires RH pour renforcer l’arrimage avec les besoins de l’entreprise. Assurer la rigueur des données et la gestion des pipelines de candidats dans notre ATS (SmartRecruiters). Adapter vos stratégies de recrutement aux différents marchés (Canada et États-Unis), en veillant au respect des pratiques locales. Contribuer à la stratégie de marque employeur internationale afin d’accroître la notoriété de MEDFAR auprès des candidats. Qualifications Diplôme universitaire en ressources humaines, en administration ou dans un domaine connexe, ou expérience équivalente. Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience dans la gestion complète de processus de recrutement, en agence ou en entreprise. Expérience en recherche directe de candidats (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
