You will represent our organization by, interacting with volunteers, donors, homeowners, and community members throughout the community and on the construction site. Responsibilities: On-Site Construction: Leading and training volunteers, staff, and homeowners on construction tasks and ensuring they are properly trained and engaged in a safe construction experience. Manage punch-list and ensure repairs are addressed in a timely manner. Assist with managing job site safety and security issues. Arrange daily pickup and delivery of tools and materials. Assist with maintaining and organizing the warehouse locations. Active support of Habitat for Humanity of Kansas City’s values: Humility - We are part of something bigger than ourselves. Qualifications: Experience: Completion of HFHKC Construction Training Program, 1 year of Habitat experience, or a minimum of 2 years of experience in residential construction. Some knowledge of web-based applications. Experience working with volunteers is a plus. Current forklift certification, preferred but not required. Leadership experience preferred.
