Les responsabilités principales de ce poste de haut niveau consistent à améliorer les processus, à automatiser et à perfectionner les systèmes afin de réduire le travail manuel et d’améliorer la précision des données. La personne retenue fournira des conseils et servira de ressource pour les questions complexes qui concernent la paie, les systèmes et la législation, en plus de contribuer aux tâches quotidiennes liées à la paie et aux initiatives d’amélioration continue. Elle assurera également la relève pour le traitement de la paie pendant les périodes de demande accrue ou en cas d’absences, elle aidera à effectuer les rapprochements, les déclarations et les vérifications pour les états financiers de fin d’exercice.   Ce poste sera basé au bureau central de Calgary et relèvera du chef d’équipe, Service de la paie.   Responsabilités principales Amélioration des processus de paie et mise en œuvre des systèmes : Cerner les possibilités de rationalisation et d’automatisation du déroulement des activités de paie afin de réduire les tâches manuelles et d’améliorer l’exactitude. Traiter les demandes d’amélioration du processus de paie : définir les besoins opérationnels, coordonner avec le service des TI, effectuer les tests et assurer la mise à jour de la formation et de la documentation. Recommander et appuyer la mise en œuvre de modifications à la configuration du système ou aux processus afin d’améliorer l’efficacité et la conformité. Surveiller les points d’intégration entre les systèmes de paie, de gestion des ressources humaines et financiers, repérer les problèmes et coordonner leur résolution. Communiquer les mises à jour du système, les changements de politique et les initiatives en matière de paie à l’ensemble de l’équipe. Activités du service de paie et conformité : Veiller à traiter de manière exacte et opportune les dossiers de paie du personnel (au Canada et aux États-Unis), selon différents cycles de paie (toutes les deux semaines, deux fois par mois ou tous les mois). Assurer la conformité aux lois fédérales, provinciales et des États concernés ainsi qu’aux politiques et contrôles internes. Vérifier l’exactitude des données de paie, y compris les nouvelles embauches, les cessations d’emploi, les changements de poste et les ajustements. Contribuer aux remises législatives, aux saisies-arrêts, aux vérifications et aux rapprochements liés aux états financiers. Agir comme personne-ressource principale pour les demandes complexes relatives à la paie qui nécessitent une analyse approfondie ou une interprétation législative. Présences, heures de travail et intégrité des données : Validez les saisies de temps, les corrections et les demandes de congés afin de veiller au respect des politiques internes et de la législation. Vérifier et actualiser les codes horaires, les codes de paie, les horaires et les comptes généraux afin d’en garantir l’exactitude. Collaborer avec les ressources humaines pour améliorer les processus de saisie des données et garantir l’intégrité des données dans tous les systèmes liés à la paie. Rapports, analyses et fin d’exercice : Contrôler les rapports relatifs à la paie et aux ressources humaines en ce qui concerne les vérifications, les contrôles de conformité et les demandes de la direction. Assurer le rapprochement des comptes généraux, les programmes de primes et d’impôts, les processus d’exercices financiers et les déclarations annuelles. Aider aux ajustements relatifs aux états financiers de fin d’exercice, aux congés différés et autres comptes de régularisation.   Qualifications et expérience professionnelle Diplôme collégial ou universitaire en service de paie, en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe. Expérience progressive de plus de 9 ans dans le domaine de la gestion de la paie. Certification professionnelle en conformité de la paie (PCP) ou leader accrédité en paie (LAP), comme atout. Maîtrise des systèmes de RH et de paie en entreprise comme SuccessFactors, ADP ou de plateformes équivalentes. Expérience reconnue en matière de mise en œuvre et d’optimisation de systèmes de paie. Capacité démontrée à utiliser la technologie pour rationaliser et automatiser les processus de paie. Connaissance de ServiceNow ou d’autres systèmes de gestion des demandes à volume élevé. Maîtrise avancée de MS Excel, y compris pour la création de rapports et les rapprochements financiers.
