Description du poste Assurer le rôle de coordonnateur(trice) central(e) pour l’ensemble des projets internes transversaux du programme, en collaboration avec les différentes disciplines. Diriger et gérer des projets d’envergure du programme, de leur conception à leur achèvement (incluant notamment la reconstruction/réhabilitation de voies ferrées, pistes d’aéroports, routes intégrées, conduites d’eau potable, réseaux d’égouts pluviaux et sanitaires, infrastructures de mobilité active, relocalisation et coordination de services publics, etc.). Surveiller les normes et tendances de l’industrie, analyser les besoins des clients et prendre des décisions éclairées quant aux solutions proposées. Suivre la performance financière des projets et soutenir le processus de facturation auprès des clients. Fournir un encadrement technique et du mentorat aux ingénieurs juniors ainsi qu’aux membres de l’équipe et disciplines internes. Participer à la préparation des ordres de changement et des propositions de services d’ingénierie pour des efforts ou travaux supplémentaires. Maintenir un contrôle rigoureux des échéanciers afin de garantir le respect des dates de livraison convenues. Piloter l’avancement des projets à travers les phases de concept, conception et construction, tout en consolidant les relations avec les clients existants et en contribuant au développement de nouveaux clients. Offrir un soutien en conception et une assistance technique aux autres gestionnaires de projet dans le cadre de la livraison de leurs mandats. Assurer la liaison avec les clients, les instances gouvernementales et réglementaires, ainsi qu’avec les entrepreneurs.
