DÉCLARATION DE RESPONSABILITÉ : Les monteurs-ajusteurs métallurgistes et monteuses-ajusteuses métallurgistes installent, fabriquent et réparent des produits d’alliages et métallurgiques PRINCIPALES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS : • Préparer, réparer, démonter, reconstruire, entretenir, installer et fabriquer des composants métalliques, en plus de planifier les tâches à ces égards, et ce, de manière complète et indépendante. • Fabriquer des composants de tôle comme des conduits, des bacs, des trémies, des chutes, des boucliers, des dispositifs de protection, des systèmes de ventilation, des écrans, des colonnes et des hottes d’aspiration. • Réaliser des tâches de fabrication, y compris le cisaillement, le formage, le poinçonnage, le perçage, le meulage et le soudage. • Travailler à partir des plans, des croquis et des modèles du fabricant, ainsi qu’en fonction des spécifications de construction. • Utiliser divers types de tôlerie ou de matériaux de remplacement. • S’adapter aux nouveaux processus, matériaux et équipements, ainsi qu’aux nouvelles méthodes. • Utiliser des outils à main et des matériaux de soudage électrique. EXIGENCES : • Certificat de qualification dans l’un des métiers suivants : monteur ajusteur/monteuse ajusteuse de charpentes métalliques – 437A, soudeur/soudeuse – 456A ou chaudronnier/chaudronnière de construction – 428A, ou encore un minimum de huit ans d’expérience récente et pertinente (preuve requise). • Quatre ans d’expérience de travail pertinente dans tous les domaines associés à la fabrication de composants de tôle, ainsi que dans l’utilisation des outils à main et des outils de soudage électrique requis. • Des cartes de qualification valides du Groupe CWB sont considérées comme des atouts importants (certification en soudage à l’arc avec fil électrode enrobé toutes positions du CWB et certification en soudage à l’arc avec fil fourré). • Une expérience du gougeage à l’arc air-carbone et du coupage oxyacétylénique est considérée comme un atout. • Expérience dans la fabrication/la soudure de charpentes métalliques ou dans la réparation d’équipement lourd sur le terrain. • Capacité à travailler en hauteur. • Capacité de lire des plans et d’effectuer des tâches de préparation pour fermer la tolérance. • Posséder de bonnes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication (de vive voix et par écrit). • Capacité avérée de travailler individuellement et en équipe. • Le travail par quarts est une exigence du poste. • Engagement à respecter les normes de la Commission en matière de santé et de sécurité au travail.
