Job Description Sous la supervision du chef de projet, le/la Chef de conception – Drainage sera responsable de soutenir le succès global des grands projets au Canada pour Egis Canada Ltd. Préparer et réviser les conceptions préliminaires et détaillées des installations de gestion des eaux pluviales (qualité et quantité), des analyses des plaines inondables, ainsi que des analyses hydrauliques des ponceaux et des ponts. Réaliser des analyses hydrauliques des cours d’eau et des études d’érosion et de creusement (scour). Concevoir et superviser des projets de restauration de cours d’eau et de stabilisation des berges. Utiliser divers outils et techniques analytiques pour la modélisation hydrotechnique : gestion des ruissellements urbains et ruraux, évaluation de la morphologie des cours d’eau, contrôle des inondations, délimitation des plaines inondables, et analyse de la sédimentation et de l’érosion. Effectuer des travaux et investigations sur le terrain. Préparer et réviser des rapports techniques documentant les résultats des analyses et modélisations hydrauliques. Assurer la liaison avec les clients, les organismes gouvernementaux et/ou les instances réglementaires. Participer à des rencontres avec les clients provinciaux, municipaux et/ou privés. Contribuer à la préparation des propositions et des estimations budgétaires. Encadrer, conseiller et assurer le contrôle de qualité du travail des ingénieurs juniors et du personnel technique. Identifier et sécuriser des projets pertinents pour l’équipe en ressources hydriques en pleine croissance. Réaliser des analyses à l’échelle des bassins versants et sous-bassins pour des projets de développement municipal, provincial ou privé. Qualifications Diplôme universitaire en génie civil ou en génie de l’environnement, avec spécialisation en ressources en eau. Ingénieur(e) professionnel(le) (P.Eng.) Titulaire d’un permis d’ingénieur professionnel en Ontario. Plus de 10 ans d’expérience en conception dans le domaine de la gestion des eaux pluviales et des projets de planification et d’ingénierie des ressources en eau en Ontario. Expérience significative dans les applications hydrotechniques, la conception et l’analyse des installations de gestion des eaux pluviales, des aménagements à faible impact (Low Impact Developments), des égouts pluviaux et des cours d’eau pour soutenir les infrastructures municipales et les conceptions du Ministère des Transports. Connaissance et expérience en gestion des cours d’eau incluant le contrôle de l’érosion, la qualité de l’eau, la stabilité des pentes et la conception de chenaux naturels. Connaissance et expérience des études de bassins versants et de la cartographie des plaines inondables. Connaissance approfondie des exigences réglementaires fédérales, provinciales et municipales (MECP, MTO, MNRF, CHBDC, etc.). Solide maîtrise des logiciels de modélisation (GeoHEC-RAS, Visual Otthymo, StormCAD, HY-8, PCSWMM, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, HY-8, etc.). Connaissance pratique des logiciels AutoCAD, MicroStation et/ou InRoads. Une expérience en géomorphologie fluviale serait considérée comme un atout.
