At 360 Children’s Residential Services (360CRS), we are a growing, forward-thinking organisation dedicated to providing nurturing, safe, and stable home environments for children and young people aged 7 to 17. With four homes across the Southwest and London—and a new multi-bedded provision underway in the North—we are proud to be in a period of exciting expansion.
Many of the children we support have faced significant early trauma, loss, or neglect. Our trauma-informed care, underpinned by the PACE model of therapeutic parenting, empowers us to build trusting relationships, promote emotional healing, and create a deep sense of belonging.

• A strong role model who advocates for children’s rights and development.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience (within the last 5 years) working directly with children/young people—ideally from complex environments.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a residential childcare setting.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or actively working toward it).
• Full UK Driving Licence and use of vehicle for Business Purpose.
