WHAT SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL NEED:

• Experience in a regulated industry (water sector experience desirable)
• Strong communication, engagement, and influencing skills
• Skilled in business process mapping and improvement (e.g. Six Sigma or equivalent)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience desirable
• Self-motivated, resilient, and proactive
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
• Ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships
• Knowledge of WINEP delivery processes and environmental regulation in the water industry
