SALARY: £25,225.20/£12.60 PER HOUR + OVERTIME (£14.10 PER HOUR)

Hours: 38.5 Hours Per Week on a two-week rolling rota:
Active Pathways are looking for a Daytime Support Worker to join our new service at Fernside House, Rehabilitation service located in Armley, Leeds.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Experience within a Mental Health or Rehabilitation setting
• Can build rapport with ease with not only the residents but the wider team
• Understanding the importance of offering person-centered quality care
