Job Summary:
TMJ Plus Wellness Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Treatment Manager. As a Treatment Manager at TMJ Plus, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the treatment plans for patients diagnosed with temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ) and dental services from biological dentistry, oral surgery to orthodontics. This is a full-time, individual contributor role based in Grapevine, Texas.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $72,000 to $78,000 per year, paid semimonthly. In addition to competitive pay, TMJ Plus offers a comprehensive benefits package including , dental, paid time off, bonus and opportunities for career growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Work with our wellness providers to evaluate patient’s medical history, symptoms, and diagnostic tests to determine the best course of treatment for TMJ
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, incorporating a combination of therapies such as general dentistry, hygiene, oral surgery, orthodontics medication, physical therapy, and dental devices
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed based on patient’s progress and response to treatment
• Educate patients on their condition, treatment options, and at-home care techniques to manage TMJ symptoms, orthodontics and holistic dentistry
• Communicate and collaborate with other healthcare providers, including dentists, wellness providers, and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients with referral reports
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, documenting all treatments and progress
• Stay current on developments in TMJ treatment, biological dentistry and incorporate new techniques and technologies into patient care
• Assist with marketing efforts to raise awareness for TMJ Plus Wellness Center and attract new patients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare or medical setting
• Knowledge of Dental and related treatment options
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and Microsoft Office Suite programs power point
• Willingness to work toward treatment success and office goals
