Join us as a Technology Reporting Analyst

• Work closely with the technology leadership team to gather requirements and identify improvements to key reporting metrics
• You’ll also work closely with teams across the business to ensure a consistent approach to organisation-wide reporting activities
• You’ll get to play a key role in how NatWest Boxed builds its technology organisation and capabilities

THE SKILLS YOU’LL NEED

We’re looking for someone with a passion for technology and an understanding of how modern technology platforms are built. It’d be great if you had a strong understanding of the banking / fintech or technology industry

You’ll also bring:

• Strong analytical, planning and problem solving skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deliver against tight timescales
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Looker)
• Experience in building and maintaining reports and dashboards using data from various technical sources
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, BigQuery) and their monitoring tools

You’ll be responsible for gathering and consolidating data from multiple sources to build comprehensive reports on performance before it’s then refined and shared with clients.

Day to day, you’ll be:

• Developing and maintaining automated reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for technology operations
• Analysing large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and insights related to system performance and cost
• Preparing detailed reports and presentations, summarising data for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Working closely with the Data Engineering team to ensure a consistent approach to organisational wide reporting activities
