Provide mentorship and leadership to promote career growth and planning, empowering teams and fostering professional development. Provide professional guidance to Service Directors and teams, driving continuous improvement in early childhood education and pedagogy. Champion the organisational Strategic Plan, actively contributing to ECE department goals and shaping the future of quality education. Collaborate with Business Operations and Finance to ensure the long-term viability of KU services, including budget development, financial reviews, service modelling, and grant applications. Oversee all aspects of team management, including onboarding, performance development, appraisals, and effectively addressing challenges such as conflict resolution. About You: Demonstrate a commitment to quality, contemporary and child safe curriculum in the pursuit of continuous improvement. Advocate for children and families while supporting the strategic direction of the organisation and upholding KU values.
