At Tillys Play and Development Centres, we recognise the importance of providing a safe and well-maintained environment for our children to thrive. Our dedicated Maintenance Team plays a crucial role in ensuring that our centres are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functionally sound, creating an optimal setting for learning and play.

Your Essential Requirements and Key Responsibilities:

To be considered for this position, you must hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA approved equivalent qualification.

You should possess a Current Working with Children Check NSW, along with First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates.

You must have a strong commitment to child safety - A zero tolerance to harm or risk of harm to all children and commitment to a culture of reporting harm or risk of harm to all children.

Your passion for Early Years learning and development should shine through, aligned with Tillys' values of professionalism, high-quality care, inclusive and supportive relationships, unique learning environments, and play-based learning.

Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) is essential.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are expected to maintain a high professional standard.
