Key Responsibilities Marketing & Communications Strategy Develop and execute the annual marketing and communications strategy aligned to SABA's strategic priorities. Own the integrated marketing calendar and Go to Market across retail, ecommerce, CRM, social, PR, partnerships and events. Manage budgets, reporting and performance against agreed KPIs. Translate customer, brand and commercial insights into actionable marketing plans. Customer First | Community & Omni-Channel Develop a deep understanding of the SABA customer and champion a customer-first mindset across all marketing activity. Support the growth and engagement of SABA Rewards through customer acquisition, retention and loyalty initiatives. Lead customer events, partnerships, referral programs and community-building initiatives. Develop brand ambassador and advocacy programs that strengthen customer connection and engagement. Partner with Retail and Ecommerce teams to deliver a seamless omni-channel customer experience. Create customer experiences that build long-term loyalty and increase customer lifetime value. Product & Content That Converts | Elevate the Brand Lead the development and execution of seasonal content across all customer touchpoints.
