SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced business manager to join our dynamic team in Sarnia, ON. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping customers find their ideal vehicles while contributing to Bailey Toyota’s commitment to outstanding service and satisfaction.

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Guide customers through the car buying process, providing expert advice and support.
• Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership success.
• Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Business Manager/Automotive Financial Services Manager.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with dealership operations and customer service best practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset but not required.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary.
