At Topps Deutschland – Fanatics Collectibles, you will play a vital role in supporting financial operations with a special focus on customer and sales-related processes. This position provides an excellent opportunity to grow within a global organization, gain experience across both AR and AP, and contribute directly to the company’s commercial success.
The Assistant Accountant supports the Finance function across accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and general accounting tasks, while placing a strong emphasis on sales operations support. This includes managing sales orders, customer invoicing, payment collections, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure smooth order-to-cash processes. This is a full time role, in the designated office 5 days per week.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree or vocational training in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience in accounts receivable and/or accounts payable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting systems (D365, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles; knowledge of German HGB and IFRS is an advantage.
• Fluency in German and English with strong communication skills.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and financial reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of VAT regulations and sales tax requirements is beneficial.
• Industry experience in collectibles, trading cards, or consumer goods is a plus, but not required.
