About this opportunity Reporting to the Plant Manager the Production Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of the full production area. The focus of the role is to build a culture that has a strong Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence mindset driving towards achieving production KPIs within. Your key responsibilities will be to: Champion a safety-first culture Lead and develop the production team, with a focus on talent building of the mould change team and the production technicians.
