The Development Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth strategy and ensuring the success of new restaurant projects. What you can expect in the role: Collaborate closely with the Head of Development VIC to understand and execute the real estate growth strategy in your designated area. Building a robust pipeline of potential sites, proactively identifying, and pursuing the best locations while connecting with key stakeholders to secure prime sites. Provide regular updates to the Head of Development VIC of the progress of securing new restaurant locations and offering marketing insights that may impact our growth strategy. Ensure the number of restaurant openings in your designated area aligns with business targets, sales performance, and financial budgets. Work closely with construction managers and stakeholders to ensure new restaurant opening dates are met through proactive risk mitigation.
