Key responsibilities include: Strategic Collaboration: Partner with pursuit managers to help lead cross-functional teams—including business leaders, architects, interior designers, engineers, and business developers—in developing and executing sophisticated capture management plans and winning strategies for highly competitive pursuits. Proposal and Presentation Leadership: Oversee and coordinate RFQ/RFP responses for multiple concurrent, large-scale projects, while integrating advanced strategies into deliverables. Guide pursuit teams in synthesizing complex ideas into unified, actionable plans that achieve broad buy-in and deliver successful outcomes for challenging assignments.
