The Retail Sales Manager plays a key role in driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced automotive service environment. This position is responsible for assessing customer needs, recommending the right tires and services, and managing day-to-day sales operations. The ideal candidate combines strong automotive knowledge with excellent communication and multitasking skills to balance customer service, shop workflow, and team coordination.
