Senior Client Liaison Representative   Location – Parramatta Employment type – Temporary Full Time (up to February 2027) plus Talent Pool Salary – $87,199 -- $95,482 plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading     Your role   As the Senior Client Liaison Representative (SCLR) role you will play a critical role in providing first point of contact for victims of violent crime with Victims Services. You will be responsible for delivering high level service and support by providing information, advice and referrals directly to victims and their representatives.   What you’ll do   The SCLR is required to act with professionalism, objectivity and integrity, which includes:   Work within a team, taking ownership of a trauma-informed client experience and providing first-contact resolution where possible. Respond to inbound calls, delivering consistent client experience, while achieving key performance indicators and performance targets. Display calmness, composure and resilience while dealing with distressed or upset clients and their representatives. Work collaboratively across Victims Services and identify opportunities to improve on services, policies and procedures within the team.   What we’re looking for   The successful candidate will have the following abilities and characteristics:   Ability to work in a trauma-informed way when providing services and support to victims of violent crime. Experience providing a high level of support to vulnerable clients in a high-volume work environment. Availability to work from 9:00am–5:00pm in line with the hours of the Victims Access Line and the Aboriginal Contact Line. Ability to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients in a culturally safe and appropriate way to improve client accessibility and outcomes. Ability to maintain self-wellbeing in an environment that exposes staff to information that is sensitive and confronting. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as basic administrative skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
