They are now looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to work in their marketing team to implement marketing strategies designed to enable continued growth into the future.
Location – Rozelle, NSW
Salary – in the range of $75k-$80k plus superannuation per annum will be negotiated with the successful applicant.

THE ROLE:

Working with the marketing team, and more broadly, the management team, you will be responsible for supporting marketing objectives. This role is full-time and on-going.

AS PART OF YOUR ROLE, RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Identification of markets and market segments which will deliver the best opportunities.
• Identification and exploration of prospect habits including customer profiling.
• Devising and coordinating promotional activities aimed at the target demographic. Such activities will include but are not restricted to events, conferences, trade shows, email campaigns and other face to face as well as online promotions.
• Holding responsibility for end-to-end campaign management including tracking and reporting results to management.
• Management of all digital marketing collateral across company websites, social media and other digital platforms.
• Coordination of outsourced suppliers for design and production of marketing materials.
• Working with the company management systems to ensure updated data is available for management and decision making in relation to ongoing marketing activities.
• Provision of advice and reporting to management in relation to marketing activities including all areas of promotion, pricing, placement, product aspects etc.

TO BE SUCCESSFULLY CONSIDERED FOR THIS EXCITING ROLE, YOU:

• Possess a degree qualification in a relevant field or agreed substitute.
• Have a minimum of 1 or more years post qualification experience working in a similar role.
• Are a highly skilled marketing professional.
• Have well-developed analytical skills and a solid understanding of IT and AI developments as they apply to the marketing industry and, ideally, to preferred market segments.
• Demonstrated experience in running and organising marketing campaigns within budget.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to establish good working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Good knowledge and proficiency in the use of mainstream software suites.
• Demonstrated experience in the oversight of production of marketing collateral.
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to deadlines, showing well developed organisation, problem solving, time management and reporting skills.
