CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in Italian, Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
• Preferably degree qualified within a Marketing discipline, Modern Languages or related field
• Interest in beauty and influencer marketing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Flexible and eager to learn
• Previous experience in influencer marketing is a plus

We are currently looking for multilingual (Italian & Spanish) speakers to join our Influencer Marketing team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our international team and gain valuable experience in influencer marketing.

• Support the Influencer Marketing team in executing influencer marketing strategies across our Italian and Spanish territories.
• Assist with identifying and building relationships with Italian and Spanish influencers and content creators
• Coordinate influencer partnerships and collaborations
• Exciting opportunity to travel across Europe and support our team in organising key events
• Monitor and analyse influencer campaign performance and provide insights
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
• Support the team with day-to-day administrative task
