SUMMARY

We are looking for a results-oriented Senior Marketing Lead to drive strategic marketing initiatives and oversee the execution of high-impact campaigns.
This role blends creative vision with analytical thinking to elevate brand presence, generate demand, and support business growth. While still representing and working with the ‘WISKA’ brand.
The ideal candidate to have a strong background in digital and traditional marketing, excellent project leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and design within WISKA’s Departments.
Experience is highly encouraged.

These are the key functions of the role, in vague detail.

Design and Creative Production

• Catalogues, leaflets, flyers, event material, business cards etc.
• Developing content for online platforms
• Editing images and videos. Photographing products & events.
• Writing and proofing content

Social Media

• Manage the Social Media platforms (Update and maintain)
• Monitor and report performances

Email Marketing

• Manage customer databases and organise segments.
• Design, build and schedule email campaigns
• Respond to subscribers, monitor open rates, clicks and metrics.

Website & E-Commerce

• Create and upload banners, product content, videos and, literature and press releases.
• Update product listings and company information.
• Identify trends and suggest improvements

Promotional Items & Marketing Support

• Manage stock, distribute promotional and branded items.
• Forecast and order new and existing promotional items, identify fresh and creative ideas.
• React and assist with any marketing requests.
• Proof reading and assisting for accuracy and tone.

Exhibitions and Events

• Assist in the planning and logistics of exhibitions and events.
• Using organisational skills to prepare, book and complete paperwork for events.
• Build displays, manage promotional stock and literature.

Campaign & Projects

• Support Sales and product promotions
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners.
• Contribute to the planning meetings and providing input on the creative direction.

Keep up to date with the marketing trends, platforms and tools. Sharing ideas with the best ways WISKA can evolve. Work with our departments to ensure all the marketing supports the business’ goals.
Starting salary is £29,040. Yearly Bonus Available.
