ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive Freelance Client Quotes & Sales Support Executive to help manage incoming client enquiries. Your role will be to prepare accurate quotes, follow up with potential clients, and ensure smooth communication between clients and our engineering team. For the right candidate, this freelance role may develop into a permanent position within the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Draft and send professional quotes using provided templates and project details.
• Call clients to discuss their requirements and explain our services.
• Follow up with potential clients to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional tone in all communications.
• Record and update client interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure quotes align with technical requirements.
