You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, customer acquisition, and loyalty through integrated marketing strategies that inspire and grow our customer base. This role requires a hands-on, collaborative leader with deep experience in brand storytelling, partnerships, and go-to-market execution within premium, lifestyle, or consumer-facing brands. You will manage a high-performing team while partnering closely with merchandising, creative, eCommerce, and performance marketing teams. Partner with merchandising, analytics, and creative to deliver compelling launches that connect product to brand storytelling. Athletes, Ambassadors & Partnerships Build and manage a roster of world-class athletes, ambassadors, and community partners aligned to brand values. Create partnership and sponsorship strategies that authentically engage target audiences and amplify brand relevance in outdoor and cycling categories. Events & Experiential Marketing Lead the strategy and execution of key events, sponsorships, and grassroots activations.
