Description

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
- Create and oversee the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions on marketing strategies
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust marketing plans accordingly
- Develop and manage the marketing budget
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques and platforms, including social media advertising, Google Analytics, and email marketing software
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating marketing materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and WordPress is a plus
