About Us
Developing Brains is a specialized therapy and educational center dedicated to innovative programs for children with special needs. We are expanding our team and looking for a versatile professional with strong skills in sales, customer service, digital marketing, e-commerce, and systems management.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective and current clients (in person, phone, and digital).
Promote and grow our services through digital marketing strategies (social media management, email campaigns, paid ads, SEO/SEM).
Manage e-commerce platforms (online store updates, product/service listings, payment gateways, customer experience).
Oversee scheduling, quotes, and program enrollments.
Provide support with internal systems (CRM, payment platforms, patient management software).
Collaborate with the team to develop new business opportunities and digital sales channels.
Prepare sales reports, e-commerce performance metrics, and marketing analysis
Requirements
Proven experience in sales and customer service.
Knowledge of digital marketing (social media platforms, ad campaigns, email marketing, SEO/SEM).
Experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or similar).
Proficiency with digital tools (CRM, Google Workspace, payment systems).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
Proactive, organized, and results-driven.
Value-Added Qualification (Preferred):
Understanding of neurodiversity and sensitivity to working with families and children with special needs.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
