Assists with all retail functions of the gift shop as directed by supervisor including but not limited to cash register, customer service, unboxing merchandise, stocking shelves, and assisting with product displays.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Experience: One year of retail experience, preferred.
• Additional Skills (required): Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. A commitment to diversity and inclusion and the ability to function as part of a team is essential. Friendly and engaging. Has the ability to work independently when needed. Thorough ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Ability to demonstrate service excellence through compassion, empathy and support.
