Roles & Responsibilities

About the role:

The role involves doing everything from ideation to execution for different categories. The right candidate will need to demonstrate high ownership, bias-for-action and initiative to drive growth.

  • Consumer insighting

o Deeply understand UAE consumers through data, research, and interviews

o Translate customer insights into strategy, communication, and campaigns.

o Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity

  • Own category growth

○ Drive growth for one or more service categories by increasing awareness, consideration, conversion, and repeat usage.

○ Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with category and business goals.

○ Identify growth opportunities across the customer journey and work cross-functionally to unlock them.

○ Partner closely with Product and Business teams to lead new user acquisition.

○ Experiment rapidly, measure impact and iterate.

  • Improve the customer journey

○ Partner with Product, CRM, and Category teams to optimize the end-to-end customer experience.

○ Improve app conversion, onboarding, pricing communication, merchandising, and customer education.

○ Design and execute experiments to improve key funnel metrics.

  • Lead impactful campaigns

○ Define brand positioning, messaging and campaigns across key service categories.

○ Work with creative and influencer agencies, production houses and internal teams to create high-quality campaigns.

○ Ensure consistency across app, CRM, paid marketing, offline touchpoints and partnerships.
