RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and growth objectives. * Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to maximize performance and professional development. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. * Prepare and present sales reports to senior management on a regular basis. * Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
