This is a temporary position.
You will play a pivotal role in Marriott’s future by helping drive the execution of Marriott’s marketing measurement and analytics program. The Director will be responsible for designing and implementing causal incrementality experiments, models, and analyses to deliver insights around causal marketing performance to marketing stakeholders across the organization. The Director operates with considerable independence, developing actionable insights, while managing multiple competing priorities and stakeholders.
As an Marketing Analytics Director, you will work on a cross-functional team to create and execute measurement methodologies and support ongoing analytical and measurement needs. You will be responsible for defining, implementing, and executing measurement methodologies to accurately capture and convey campaign impact. You will leverage effective communication skills to translate complex analyses into understandable insights. You are naturally curious and stay current on the MadTech/AdTech ecosystem, digital marketing, and retail media landscape.
This position is part of the Data and Analytics - Topline Analytics team, which is charged with developing and utilizing state-of-the-art analytic approaches and generates business insights about customer attitudes and behaviors across all customer-facing touch points along the B2C customer journeys.
