In this position, you will also ensure all inbound and outbound demand is accurately captured, qualified, and converted into pipeline through well-designed processes, consistent execution, and actionable analytics. Key Areas of Responsibility Lead the operational execution of regional marketing campaigns, ensuring programs are correctly built, tracked, and compliant. Oversee key activities including email programs, workflow configuration, segmentation, list management, and QA. Ensure data accuracy and proper performance tracking across systems in alignment with global standards. Take primary responsibility for regional campaign and funnel performance analysis. Use reporting tools and dashboards to monitor inquiry, conversion, and pipeline contribution metrics. Deliver recurring performance summaries and actionable insights to Marketing and Sales stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or revenue operations roles. Expert in building and maintaining dashboards in PowerBI (data modeling, KPI structuring, performance visualization). Practical experience working with Salesforce and Marketo for campaign tracking and funnel analysis. Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign and pipeline performance, identify performance gaps, and translate data into clear optimization recommendations and overall marketing operations strategy.
